CPD points

Morgan Cole has been accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to provide training courses for which members of the SRA may claim CPD points. The ISEB Certificate in Data Protection and Certificate in Freedom of Information courses from Morgan Cole attract 40 CPD points. Our CPD number is: DGP/MOCO.

All solicitors and registered European lawyers (RELs) who are in legal practice or employment in England and Wales, and work 32 hours or more per week are required to complete a minimum of 16 hours of CPD per year; at least 25 per cent must consist of participation in accredited training courses.

Other professional bodies may recognise our courses as suitable for professional development. We can assist in your professional development by providing Certificates of Attendance upon request.
