Course fee

The fee includes all lunches, refreshments and documentation for the five day course, but does not include the exam fee or any separately arranged revision courses.

Exam fee

The fee includes access to one examination only. Lunch is not provided.

Cancellations / Substitutions

Verbal cancellations cannot be accepted.

Cancellation of a booked course place made more than 7 days prior to the course or exam will not incur a charge. A cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the course or exam will be subject to a charge of £50 plus VAT unless Morgan Cole confirms in writing (which includes by email) that this term will not apply.

Examination cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the examination date will not incur a charge. A cancellation made less than 14 days but more than 7 days prior to the examination date will be subject to a charge of 50% of the current exam fee. A cancellation made within 7 days of the examination date will be subject to a charge of 100% of the current exam fee.

Failure to attend a course or examination where prior notice of cancellation has not been provided will be subject to a full charge. Candidates arriving late for an exam may not be accepted into the room by the ISEB invigilator. Morgan Cole will consider this as non-attendance of the exam and will charge 100% of the exam fee.

Should you be unable to attend the course, a substitute delegate may attend in your place but this must be confirmed in writing at least two days prior to the event. It is not possible to provide a substitute for the exam.

Payment

Where feasible, course delegates will be invoiced prior to the course starting. Where a cancellation notice is received in accordance with our cancellation policy for the course or examination and payment has been received we will issue a credit. All payments (either by cheque or bank transfer) should be accompanied by the remittance advice provided with the invoice. It is possible to pay the course and examination fees by credit card.

Candidates who sit an examination will be invoiced separately and after the examination.

Course leaders

Morgan Cole reserves the right to change the course leader in the case of illness or other conditions beyond its control. The course leader will possess the ISEB Certificate in Data Protection.

Demand

All events are subject to demand and may be cancelled upon 7 days notice where there are less than six confirmed delegates. Morgan Cole LLP will not be liable for booking costs that are non-refundable to the course delegate or examination candidate. A maximum of 16 delegates will be booked on each course.

Your information

Information supplied to Morgan Cole LLP is held and used in connection with the provision of its services, the administration of its business and to keep clients and contacts informed of publications and events which may be of interest to you. You will be sent a data protection notice informing you that your details are being held on our system, allowing you to check the accuracy of the information we hold and to opt in to receive legal briefings and other forms of marketing from the firm. You may elect to opt out of receiving such items at any time by following the simple instructions contained within each item.
