Heledd Lloyd-Jones

Heledd qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and is a member of Morgan Cole’s Health & Regulatory team. Before qualifying as a solicitor, Heledd was a Registered Nurse and has over 10 years experience of working with the NHS in a clinical capacity.

Heledd has expertise in the management of information requests made under the Data Protection Act and the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). She conducts data protection audits and delivers training to public sector organisations on all aspects of information governance. Heledd is Course Director for the ISEB Certificate in Data Protection and Certificate in Freedom of Information courses. She is an information law adviser to the Department of Health, other NHS bodies and a wide range of other public sector organisations. She holds both Certificates.

Annabel Lyell
Annabel trained at Morgan Cole and qualified as a solicitor into the firm's commercial team in September 2007, where her responsibilities include advising IT and technology businesses on all aspects of technology and contract law including terms and conditions of website use, privacy policies and disclaimers as well as associated trade mark and domain name issues. Annabel also advises on agreements for the commercialisation of intellectual property rights and on information governance including compliance with the Data Protection Act.
